Exhibitor Move-Out

Wednesday, December 9, 2026 11:30AM to 8:00PM Boats will have targeted move-out.
Thursday, December 10, 2026 8:00AM to 5:00PM Targeted booth move-out only
Move-Out Note
In-line booths should plan for immediate move-out upon receiving empty containers. All carriers must check in no later than 3:00PM on Thursday, December 10, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, with standard ground service at the exhibitor's expense.

Island booths do not receive booth inclusions. Booth furnishings are available upon request.

Booth Carpet The exhibit hall booths are not carpeted.
Floor Covering Carpet or another approved floor covering is mandatory for all booths.

Shipments should arrive between Friday, October 30, 2026 and Monday, November 30, 2026.

You can print your advance shipment labels before sending freight to the advance warehouse.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are:

Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the advance warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
