In-Line Booths Plan for Immediate Move Out Upon Receiving Empties. All carriers must check in no later than 3:00PM on Thursday, December 10, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, Seven business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Shipments should arrive between Friday, October 30, 2026 and Monday, November 30, 2026.

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
